I am broken 

Broken open 

I am turned upside down and emptied out 

 

I'm navigating this river

Sometimes I'm underwater

And sometimes 

I'm the hawk in flight 

See how it all flows together 

I'm navigating 

 

I've been changing

Rearranging

I've been holding on while I 

Learn to let go

 

I'm navigating this river

Sometimes I'm underwater

And sometimes 

I'm the hawk in flight 

See how it all flows together 

 

Life goes on around me

I'm tending to the light that  burns inside me

I'm tending to the mending of my Soul

Flows together 

 

Moving through the darkness 

Feeling my way through this
